1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Items such as customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange.
